Meeting The Kixx - 2.9.11
Okay so this was another longgg day but it was worth it!
We got to Blackpool at about 9 in the morning..we were shattered! We sat down round the back of the stage behind some gates. We must of been for about 3 hours then a woman from real radio came up to us and interviewed me and Danielle :) so embarrasing! once she went i text my mum telling her to listen out for us! :)
Some security people came up to us and started talking so we asked them if we were in the right place….they said they would find out for us…turned out we were in the wrong place! they were nice people because they told us where to go :)
We got around the other side and had to wait another 4 hours! we were getting so impatient with them! Although my mum did text me and say me and Dani had been on real radio news as die hard fans! LOL
We FINALLLYYYYYYY saw thier van and me and Dani got too excited! We screamed and started waving….as they drove past us i shouted “ITS MARTIN!”….we got some weird looks! :s
Dani tweeted Robbie and asked if they will come and see us and he said we had to scream so he knew where we were :) We waited again and Dave came out with Kasey :) he had a picture and i got him to write me a note and sign it :) We also told him to send the others out when he saw them :) Anywayss he went on a walk about with Kasey and when he came back, he was walking on the opposite side of the carpark and me and Dani shouted him, he looked so we waved and he waved back :) hehe
He must of told the others because they all came out about 10 minutes after Dave went back in :D
They were just stood there looking around and me being so gawmless didnt realsie they were there. Dani was going mad at me saying “THEY’RE THERE!” :) Anyway we shouted them over and got photos and autographs :) We also got them a fan book off just us 2 and we gave them that :) It was in a Tesco drawstring bag and because im so creative i crossed out tesco and put The Kixx :) Dave seemed to be impressed with that and David even put it on :) He said he felt like he was back in school :) blesssss
We had a nice little chat with them but they had to go because they were on stage in about 15 minutes :)
So that was our day of meeting The Kixx <3
Meeting Olly Murs (2nd time) 10.8.11
okay so this day nearly didnt happen!
It was the day after the riots and as we had to go into salford to get real radio, we didnt really want to go but we were rebels and we went ;)
So we got the tram from manchester to salford and when we got off, we were like “right. now where do we go?” We decided to just go and have a walk down this road and go over the bridge at the end.
When we got to the end, we saw a Real Radio Car and we tweeted real radio and sent them a picture of the building and asked if we were in the right place and they tweeted back saying —“wavess” :) this was like at 11 and bearing in mind olly wasnt coming untill 4 we were like…”now what?”.
So we sat under our umberllas and eat our dinner. It was pouring down so we took cover under a premire inn thing but it didnt really work…..
We then had a brainwave that we should go and dry off in the Lowery so we did :) by this time we were actaully soaked! so we went straight into the toilets and dried our shoes under the hand dryers. We got some very weird looks.
We even went into Marks and Spencers and bought some socks because we were that cold!
We stayed in there till about half 3ish and then decided to go back out. We were walking back to Real Radio and we saw unbrella’s and we were like “omg were not gonna get near the front-theres gonna be loaddssssss of people D:”
We got there and there wasnt that many and like 10 minutes after we got there Olly turned up! :D
He had to wait in the car untill mark came back and he was looking at us like “i know you from somewhere!” «(phahaha i wish!) Anyways we had to line up so they could bring us in to meet him 1 at a time.
When it was our turn we went in and he gave us a hug and a kiss on the cheek. We gave him our programmes to sign but because they were wet from being in the rain, his smiley face smudged :/
We both had a picture with him and got another hug and kiss <3
So thats how we met him a second time :)

Meeting Olly Murs 14.7.11
Right so I found out that Olly was going to be in Liverpool for the Xtra Factor so i was like…fancy going to Liverpool? :)
Got the 8o’clock train so got to Liverpool at 9. we thought there’s not gonna be many people there, and we got to the Echo Arena and there were loadddsssss of people there. we were like “yea there’s no chance were gonna meet him but might as well try” :)
we were walking about and we heard people chanting something so we went and had a look and there was Olly! he was interviewing people in the line so we had a nice view of his bottom ;)
A lady then came up to us and asked if we wanted to be in the audience for when Olly interviewed some people. we were like “err YES!”. So he was interviewing people and we got pushed to the back so we went to the end just so we could see olly.
once he finished we shouted him over, gave him a note and asked for a picture (going mad at this point) and we had our CDs and i had a top for him to sign so we asked him and i losy my sharpie! OMG my heart sank…i was like noooooooo.
By this point olly had been called over so we went after him and i found my pen and he was waiting for us so he eventually signed out stuff :D <3
We ran off screaming because we really couldn’t believe that we had just met Olly Murs! <3
oh and we woke up the next morning to find he was following us on twitter!! <3 which means he read our note :D woooopp!
so thats the story of meeting Olly the first time :)
Meeting the Robbie McDade and Jack Guppy 28.5.11
Right well….we thought we would get to Manchester early to have a chance of meeting the kixx so we got to Manchester at half 10.
Got dinner at half 11 and walked to the Apollo. We got lost so it took us longer that we expected but when we finally found it, it was about 12. We were so happy that we were the first there :)
So we sat outside the Apollo for 7 hours! Without food , water or a toilet!
Anyway when we saw The Kixx’s van we stood up and got rather excited. Awww and we just saw David’s little head pop up in between the seats.
And then the security guard actually had the nerve to say “Do you really think they know who it is?” we replied “YES WE KNOW WHO IT IS!”
Jack and Robbie finally came out :) We got a picture with Jack and then we called Robbie over. We asked him for a picture and at first i thought he was going to say no but he didn’t :)
So that was our experience of meeting them the 1st time :)
